No. Aman does not operate a preferred-partner, loyalty or points programme. Aman works with Virtuoso, and the benefits on this page are the Virtuoso amenities at participating Aman properties, available because Berkeley Travel is a Virtuoso member agency.

As of September 2026, 31 of Aman’s 35 open hotels and resorts are listed with Virtuoso, from Amanzoe and Aman Venice to Amanpuri, Amanpulo, Amangiri and Aman Tokyo. The few we have not been able to confirm, including Aman Le Mélézin, Amanvari and Aman Sveti Stefan, we check case by case before you book.

No. You pay the same flexible rate Aman publishes on aman.com, and we charge no booking fee. The Virtuoso amenities are added to that rate, not paid for through it.

Breakfast and the hotel credit are confirmed at booking on an eligible rate. The upgrade, early check-in and late check-out depend on availability on the day; we request them in advance and tell you honestly how likely they are for your dates.

Sometimes. Aman’s stay-longer and seasonal offers each have their own terms, and some can be combined with Virtuoso amenities while others cannot. We price both routes for your dates and recommend the one that gives you more.

Aman at Sea is the best case of all: on Amangati voyages from 2027, Virtuoso adds a shipboard credit of US$500 per suite (US$250 per guest) on top of the published fare. Amandira, Aman’s phinisi yacht in Indonesia, is chartered whole and carries its own inclusions. The Aman Villas at Nusa Dua and other residences are handled case by case. We arrange all of them.

Yes. Our ticketing desk books scheduled and private flights, and we arrange the resort transfers that Aman stays depend on: the private flight to Amanpulo, the boat to Amanwana, the drive from Las Vegas to Amangiri, the speedboat into Aman Venice.

Yes, and it is one of the things we do best. The Amankora circuit through Bhutan, Aman Tokyo to Aman Kyoto to Amanemu in Japan, or Amandari, Amankila and Amanwana across Indonesia, each with transfers, guides and timings that make sense.

It varies by property and season, typically between 14 and 60 days before arrival, with peak periods stricter. We confirm the exact terms in writing before you book and, where two rates are available, tell you which is the more forgiving.
