Located along the crystal-clear waters of the Athenian Riviera in Greece, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens to open following extensive renovations to existing property.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the world’s leading luxury hospitality company, and Astir Palace Vouliagmeni S.A., the Greek hospitality market leader, have announced plans to bring the first Four Seasons hotel to Greece on the Astir Palace peninsula. Following extensive upgrades to the existing hotel, the new hotel will debut as Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens in spring 2018.

Located in the area of Vouliagmeni along a pristine shoreline of the Aegean coast, the new Hotel will bring Four Seasons signature service to Greece for the first time. The iconic Astir Palace has long been favoured by elite international and Greek clientele. The Langley, a 41-key boutique hotel by The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts in the UK, is set open in summer 2018. The Langley is the sister properties of The Wellesley Knightsbridge, The Park Tower Knightsbridge and The Westbury in London. Located in the Langley Park estate, a 40-minute drive from the capital, the hotel comprises two buildings – a historic mansion once the former estate of the Duke of Marlborough, and a Grade II-listed 18th century building formerly used as stables and brewhouse.

The hotel’s interior design carefully balances the history of the estate with contemporary luxury, with imposing doorways and Baroque fireplaces found throughout the property. Guestrooms and suites also feature elegant roll-top baths as a centrepiece, with expansive windows frame views of the surrounding greenery and open lake.

The Langley’s 25,000ft2 spa offers eight large treatment rooms, a VIP suite with dip pools, and a women’s only thermal area. Cheval Blanc, the luxury hotel arm of Louis Vuitton, will open Cheval Blanc Samaritaine Paris in 2018, on the banks of the Seine. The original La Samaritaine building was unveiled in 1870, one of the first Paris department stores located right in the heart of the city, on the banks of the Seine, just a 6-minute walk from the Louvre Museum, a few steps to the Pont Neuf, a 10 minute walk to Sainte Chapelle on the Ile de la Cite, and about a 13 min. walk to Notre Dame. This will truly be an excellent location for visitors to Paris who want to be within an easy walking distance to key landmarks, museums, and even the Left Bank.

The Cheval Blanc La Samaritaine hotel will be very much a boutique property, with an Art Deco facade and just 72 residential-style rooms and suites. The new hotel will feature a gourmet restaurant, contemporary brasserie and a Givenchy Spa. There will also be adjacent offices and shops.
