Berkeley Travel is a Rosewood Elite agency, part of the select group of advisors Rosewood Hotels & Resorts works with most closely. It means our clients arrive at every Rosewood, from High Holborn to Hong Kong, as recognised guests of the house.
You pay the same rate as booking direct, and we charge no booking fee. What changes is the stay: breakfast each morning, an upgrade on arrival where available, a welcome from the house, and Elite amenities that vary by property. Unusually, the benefits combine with Rosewood’s own offers, including promotional and advance-purchase rates, which is where Elite quietly beats most programmes.

When something needs fixing, you have one number to call. Our team deals directly with each hotel’s sales office and head office on your behalf, before, during and after travel.

Rosewood Elite is Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ programme for a select group of trusted travel agencies. Berkeley Travel is a Rosewood Elite agency, which means clients who book any Rosewood hotel through us receive complimentary benefits that are not available when booking direct.
No. You pay the same best available rate you would pay booking directly with Rosewood, and we charge no booking fee. The Elite benefits are added on top at no extra cost.
Daily breakfast for two, a complimentary room upgrade on arrival subject to availability, a welcome amenity and note, VIP recognition, and property-specific Elite amenities that vary by hotel and often include a US$100 credit per stay towards the spa or dining.
Every Rosewood property worldwide, more than 30 hotels, including Rosewood London, The Carlyle in New York, Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany, Mayakoba on the Riviera Maya, Rosewood Hong Kong and the newest openings such as Amsterdam.
Yes, and this is where Rosewood Elite stands out: benefits apply to any rate bookable directly with Rosewood, including promotional and advance-purchase rates and most seasonal offers. Your Travel Designer will confirm exactly what applies to your dates before anything is booked.
The headline benefits are similar: daily breakfast, a credit at many properties and an upgrade when available. The differences are practical. Fine Hotels + Resorts requires a Platinum or Centurion card, while Elite requires nothing but booking through an Elite agency. Elite benefits also combine with promotional and advance-purchase rates, and you deal with a named Travel Designer rather than a call centre.
Usually, yes. If you have booked direct with Rosewood on a flexible rate, we can normally rebook the same room and dates through our Elite channel at the same rate, with the benefits added. Send us your confirmation and a Travel Designer will check what is possible.
You pay Rosewood directly, exactly as if you had booked with the hotel yourself. Your card guarantees the reservation and the hotel’s standard cancellation policy applies, which we confirm in writing before anything is committed.
