Berkeley Travel books Hilton through Hilton for Luxury, the programme Hilton reserves for a small number of partner agencies. It covers the group’s luxury brands only: Waldorf Astoria, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad, NoMad and Signia by Hilton, around 100 hotels in all.
You pay the Best Flexible Rate the hotel shows on hilton.com, and we charge no booking fee. What changes is the stay: full breakfast for two each morning, a US$100 property credit, an upgrade where one is available and a later check-out. Because the reservation is made in your own Hilton Honors name, points, elite nights and status benefits carry on as normal.
Applied to every eligible booking at participating Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, LXR, NoMad and Signia hotels, on top of the Best Flexible Rate.
At Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, LXR & beyond
per room, per stay
Room upgrade
One room category above the one you book, confirmed at check-in and subject to availability.
Daily full breakfast
Full breakfast for two per room in the hotel restaurant, every morning of your stay.
US$100 property credit
Once per stay, or the local equivalent, towards dining, the spa or resort experiences. Not against the room rate.
Check-in & check-out
Priority early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability on the day.
Welcome amenity
An upgraded welcome amenity and VIP recognition, with the property told who you are before you arrive.
Double Honors points
Double Hilton Honors points at select properties, with elite nights and status benefits still earned in full.
Beyond the room rate
arranged by your Travel Designer
Flexible rates
Booked on the Best Flexible Rate, cancellable on the hotel’s standard terms, confirmed in writing.
Status still stands
Diamond and Gold benefits sit on top of the programme, they are not swapped for it.
Promotions still count
Stays register for Hilton promotions and credit card bonuses exactly as a direct booking would.
One point of contact
Preferences shared with every property, one number to call throughout.
Benefits and participation vary by property and are confirmed by your Travel Designer at the time of booking. The property credit is normally applied to your bill at check-out, cannot be used against the room rate and is not exchangeable for cash. Programme offers roll over annually on 31 March.
The benefits are the visible part. The rest is judgement. Hilton covers a great deal of ground, and only five of its brands sit inside this programme. Which Waldorf Astoria suite earns its premium, which Conrad villa faces the right way at sunset, which LXR is a genuinely distinct hotel rather than a rebadged one: that is the part you cannot book online.
When something needs fixing, you have one number to call. Our team deals directly with each hotel’s sales office on your behalf, before, during and after travel.
The Hilton for Luxury principle
Dates, destination and how you like to travel. A short call or a message is enough.
Your Travel Designer confirms availability and books through Hilton for Luxury at the Best Flexible Rate the hotel shows on hilton.com, with your Hilton Honors number attached.
Your benefits are registered with the property before you travel, and the team remains on call throughout the trip.
Hilton for Luxury applies across roughly 100 Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Conrad, NoMad and Signia by Hilton hotels, and new openings join as they come on line. The wider Hilton portfolio is not included. If you have a property in mind, ask your Travel Designer and we will confirm the benefits that apply.

Hilton for Luxury is the programme Hilton reserves for a small number of partner travel agencies. Berkeley Travel books through it, which means clients staying at Hilton’s luxury brands receive complimentary benefits that are not available when booking direct, at the same rate the hotel shows on hilton.com.
Five: Waldorf Astoria, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad, NoMad and Signia by Hilton. That is around 100 hotels worldwide. The wider Hilton portfolio, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Curio, Canopy and DoubleTree, is not part of the programme.
A room upgrade of one category at check-in subject to availability, daily full breakfast for two per room, a US$100 property credit once per stay, priority early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, an upgraded welcome amenity, and double Hilton Honors points at select properties.
Yes. Hilton for Luxury is the current name for the programme that ran as Hilton Impresario. The benefits are broadly the same, the brand list was tidied up, and the name changed. If you have been searching for Impresario, this is the programme you want.
No. You pay the Best Flexible Rate the hotel shows on hilton.com, and we charge no booking fee. The Hilton for Luxury benefits are added on top at no extra cost.
Yes. The booking is made in your own Hilton Honors name, so you earn points and elite night credits, your existing Diamond or Gold benefits are recognised on top of the programme benefits, and the stay counts towards Hilton promotions and credit card bonuses in the normal way. At select properties you earn double Honors points.
It is applied once per stay, usually to your bill at check-out, and is spent on dining, the spa or resort experiences. It cannot be put against the room rate. The amount is US$100 or the equivalent the hotel sets in local currency, and some properties limit which departments accept it or substitute a transfer or an experience instead, so your Travel Designer confirms the terms for your hotel before you book.
The Best Flexible Rate, which is the standard cancellable rate on hilton.com. Points redemptions, prepaid and non-refundable rates, and promotional rates such as AAA or senior rates do not qualify. If a rate you have seen is not eligible, we will tell you before you commit to anything.
There is no minimum stay under the programme terms, although a small number of Conrad properties ask for two nights. The credit is applied once per stay rather than per night, so longer stays make more of it. Your Travel Designer confirms the position for your hotel.
The headline benefits are similar: daily breakfast, a property credit and an upgrade when available. The differences are practical. Fine Hotels + Resorts requires a Platinum or Centurion card, while Hilton for Luxury requires nothing but booking through a partner agency. The two programmes also cover different sets of hotels, and where a property sits in both, your Travel Designer will book whichever leaves you better off. You deal with a named person either way, rather than a call centre.
You pay the hotel directly, exactly as if you had booked with it yourself. Your card guarantees the reservation and the standard Best Flexible Rate cancellation policy applies, which we confirm in writing before anything is committed.
Send us an enquiry using the form below, message the team on WhatsApp, or call +44 (0)20 7099 0777. A Travel Designer will check availability, secure the same rate as booking direct and register your Hilton for Luxury benefits with the property before you travel.
